As a family of three visiting from New York, we recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming Snowflake Hotel in the heart of a picturesque ski town. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a receptionist who graciously accommodated us despite our late arrival due to unexpected snowfall. the hotel's family-friendly amenities, like the cozy entertainment area for kids, kept our little one happily entertained while we relaxed in the comfortable lounge after a day of skiing. the staff's friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. Though the restaurant was closing, they kindly kept it open so we could enjoy a hot meal together. Overall, a pleasant and memorable experience for our family.
